Chicago long horn snail shells are adorable. There are other types of shells, but most are snail shells because I find the spiral shapes to be natural wonders. 
 
Take a little piece of Chicago summer into the long winter months with a ornament featuring some of my snail shell and sea glass (lake glass?) collection. I have shined the shells so the organic  colors pop.
 
Ornament bodys are plastic to ship safely with metal tops and ribbons to hang. All the shells come from hours of hunting on the far northside beaches of Lake Michigan. May come with some sand depending on how much shakes out of the shells.
